Literacy Funding

Literacy should be fun and interactive. Encourage your partnering school or library to apply for the $500 Ezra Jack Keats Foundation mini-grant so you can put together a creative literacy activity such as book making, a writing contest, puppet making -- or even bring in a guest author or storyteller.

Eligibility: All public schools and libraries are eligible.

Deadline: Your application must be postmarked by September 15 and the recipients will be notified by December.
